Registration Procedures. OLLI has an online registration system that more than half of members now use. We strongly encourage you to register by visiting the Member Portal (please call the office at 703-503-3384 if you have questions or problems with registering online). If you prefer to register manually, complete the registration form, enclose your check(s) to renew your annual membership (if applicable) and pay for any courses or special events (separate checks are required for each event), and then mail the material to OLLI or deliver it to the Tallwood office.  Be sure and register during the priority registration period.

To add a course.  Select “Register” and follow the registration instructions. Courses and activities are limited by available space or other factors. During the priority registration period, do not forget to prioritize your choices. If courses are not over-subscribed, you will be enrolled in the courses you have requested. For the over-subscribed courses, registration is filled by priority group (priority ones first, then priority twos, etc.), and when there are not enough slots, remaining available slots for that priority group will be filled by ‘lottery’ using computer-generated numbers. Some special events and trips are “add to cart” and if there’s an additional fee, must be paid immediately. These are first come, first served choices in which you will be immediately enrolled. Don’t forget to check out of your cart.

To drop a course.  To withdraw from a course after you’ve received your confirmed classes, send an email to ollireg@gmu.edu listing the courses you need to drop.  You will not receive a confirmation email.  Any fees paid for a particular course or special event will only be refunded if another member can take your place
